Dryad...
This unusually-shaped lace stole begins in the middle with an elegant, bead-encrusted square, then wings its way east and west with elliptically-shaped sides, ending with a fringe-beaded flourish. Subtlety sets the tone of this mysterious, quietly understated piece that looks more complicated than it is; simply a delight to make and a thrill to wear.
The stole consists of a square center panel that is worked in the round from the center outward, and two side panels that are worked back and forth in rows continuing outward from two sides of the center panel.
