Lace weight yarn, 1200 yards. Sample used Lorna’s Laces Helen’s Lace (50% silk, 50% wool, 4 oz/ 1250 yds) in Cedar, 1 skein
22” wide, 80” long after blocking
20 stitches = 4” over lace pattern, blocked.
- US 3 (3.25 mm) circular needle (or size to obtain gauge), at least 24” in length - 1
- Seed beads, size 8/0 or 6/0, or wavy leaf drop beads as shown available from Earth Faire (www.earthfaire.com) - 70
- Stitch markers
- Tapestry needle
- Blocking wires, twine or fishing line for blocking
- Dental floss threader or big-eye beading needle
