This little scarflet is not as simple it seems. An easy lace pattern provides the basis for bias shaping, and a scalloped border adds charm. You are done in a flash.. knot up a corner and you’re on your way, or use a beautiful button closure for a different style.
Beads are placed with the crochet hook add-as-you-go method.

DK weight yarn such as Malabrigo Silky Merino (50% silk, 50% baby merino wool, 150 yds/50 g), Fiesta Yarns La Luz (100% silk, 210 yds/2 oz), or Mirasol Tupa (50% merino wool, 50% silk, 137 yds/50 g) - 1 skein, or approximately 150 yards.
Note: if using Tupa, which contains less yardage, use a size smaller needle. A smaller scarf will result.
