Phoenix Rising Shawl...Flames rising.

There is nothing simple about this elaborate beaded shawl, a variation on the basic top down triangle. A flame-like, textured center panel makes all the difference. The shawl begins with only a few cast on stitches at the top and increases quickly with additional back neck shaping. After the wavy diagonals on the sides morph into textured diamonds, the shawl finishes with a beautiful beaded edge.

Lace yarn, approximately 1200 yds. Sample used Sweet Georgia Yarns Cash Silk Lace (45% cashmere, 55% silk, 400 yds/ 60 g) - 3 skeins in Boysenberry
