Wings of Song Beaded Scarf...Amazing drape!
This lovely scarf is an easy to wear and dramatic accessory. Dropped stitch technique gives “wings” wonderful drape. Beading on scarf edges and center neck section is easy and fun. Instruction for two different beading techniques is included. Pattern is written out and consists of 3 pages.

Wings of Song Beaded Scarf

Smooth fingering or lighter weight yarn such as Opal by Lang (58% nylon, 42% viscose; 155m/50g) or Elba by Needful Yarns (100% nylon, 140m/50g) - 2 balls in color of your choice
10.5” wide at ends (slightly fanned), 2.5” wide at neck, approximately 51” long.
28 stitches, 32 rows = 4” over rib pattern
- US 6 (4 mm) circular or straight needles, or size to obtain gauge, preferably wood or bamboo - 2 sets
- Seed beads, size 6/0 seed beads in color to match or contrast with yarn - 416
- Dental floss threader (purchased at drug store) to thread beads onto yarn for cast-on edges
- Tapestry needle, preferably sharp
- Crochet hook, size 14 (.6 mm)
- Optional: Fray Check (purchased at fabric store)
